Instead of chasing one big, all-defining purpose, we’ll explore the many ways purpose shows up across your life. Together, we’ll clarify what truly matters to you, notice where you already feel most alive, and explore how to translate those insights into purposeful action.

By the end, you’ll walk away with:

  1. Clarity on what you value, what you prioritize, and what motivates you.

  2. A personalized “living guide”: a simple map of your core motivations and one or more purpose statements or themes (big ideas or patterns about what gives your life meaning) across the areas of life that matter most to you... (relationships, work, creativity, community, personal growth, etc.).

  3. Practical next steps — 2–3 purposeful actions or decisions you can start using right away to live in alignment with what matters most.

    This journey is designed to help you cultivate a sense of freedom, direction, and confidence—so you can make choices with greater clarity and begin living in a way that feels more aligned.

    Goal: Release the pressure of finding one all-defining purpose and begin uncovering what truly matters across your life.

    Focus: Reframe purpose as the motivation and meaning already present in your life. Explore the moments and experiences that make you feel most alive, and clarify the values and priorities that guide you.

    Takeaway: A sense of freedom from “finding the one,” plus a clear starting point: the key values, priorities, and meaningful experiences that will anchor the rest of your journey.

  • Session 2: Reflect and Recognize Patterns

    Goal: Help you see how what matters most already shows up in your life — and where it’s missing.

    Focus: Notice the relationships, roles, and moments that feel aligned, and identify where you feel out of sync. Recognize the natural strengths and contributions you bring to the people and areas that matter most.

    Takeaway: A “life map” showing where your values and priorities are present, where they’re lacking, and what already energizes you.

  • Session 3: Define Purposes Across Life Domains

    Goal:Translate your insights into clear purpose statements across the areas of life that matter most to you.

    Focus: Explore chosen life domains (relationships, work, creativity, personal growth, etc.) and craft statements that reflect how you want to show up and what you hope to create or contribute in each one.

    Takeaway: A first draft of your “living purposes” — specific, heartfelt statements that capture your intentions across multiple areas of your life.

  • Session 4: Refine and Align Your Purposes

    Goal: Bring your purposes into sharper focus and align them with your values and desired way of living.


    Focus: Reflect on which purposes feel most resonant, refine their language, and explore what living them fully would look and feel like.


    Takeaway: A polished, cohesive “Purpose Set” that feels deeply aligned and energizing.

  • Session 5: Create Your Intentional Living Guide

    Goal: Turn your purpose insights into a way of living you can carry forward.

    Focus: Identify small, practical practices, rituals, and decisions that help you embody your purposes day to day. Explore meaningful ways you can put your purposes into action — how they can shape the choices you make, the environments you build, and the connections you nurture. Create a simple, personalized guide you can return to as life evolves.
