About Me
I’m Alexandria Thibodeaux (she/her), though most people call me Lexi. I’m a coach based in New Orleans with a background in psychology and a passion for supporting others as they identify their purposes. I grew up in Naperville, a suburb of Chicago, and have lived in San Antonio, Houston, St. Louis, Denver, and now New Orleans. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Saint Louis University in St. Louis, MO.
I love being a coach because I get to walk alongside people as they explore what truly gives their life meaning and direction. It’s deeply fulfilling to hold space for someone’s reflections, discoveries, and moments of clarity, and I feel honored to offer my grounded presence in return. My own life experiences have taught me the importance of compassion, patience, and curiosity—qualities I bring into every coaching relationship. Supporting others as they identify their purposes and create lives that feel aligned, intentional, and authentic gives me a deep sense of joy and fulfillment.
I work best with people who are open-minded, curious, and ready to explore the deeper motivations guiding their lives. My clients are often thoughtful thinkers who want to move beyond doubt or over-analysis and toward a clearer sense of direction. If you’re ready to challenge old assumptions about purpose, reflect on what truly matters to you, and create a life that feels more intentional and aligned, we’ll be a great fit.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me enjoying time with my husband, family, friends, and our two cats and dog, indulging in delicious foods, and rewatching Broad City for the hundredth time.
